Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff-side Personal Injury)

In this role, the paralegal will manage a caseload of at least 20 active personal injury litigation cases, primarily involving trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, from intake to resolution. Responsibilities include drafting petitions, discovery, and motions, serving as the primary contact for clients, assisting attorneys in trial preparation, and collaborating with legal and administrative staff on day-to-day operations and special projects.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, preferably in higher-end cases such as trucking or commercial vehicle accidents. Proficiency in managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with CasePeer, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent client communication skills are essential. A preference is given to those residing near Fort Worth to ensure long-term commitment and ease of commute.
