Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Richmond, Virginia office. As a Litigation Paralegal at Morgan & Morgan, you will work closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints; e-filing court documents in state and federal courts; and maintaining communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Additional duties encompass conducting legal research, preparing discovery documents, coordinating depositions, and assisting in trial preparation.

Ideal candidates will possess at least two years of litigation experience and have completed a nationally accredited paralegal program. Experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, or premises liability is preferred. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
