Litigation Paralegal

LendingTree, a leading online lending marketplace, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Legal, Compliance, and Government Relations team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office and remote work to provide flexibility.

In this position, the Litigation Paralegal will provide comprehensive support for pre-litigation and litigation matters, including managing case files, assisting with investigations, and coordinating responses to subpoenas. The role also involves supporting the Government Relations team by tracking legislative and regulatory activities and ensuring compliance with government relations and lobbying requirements.

Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree and have a minimum of five years of experience working in a law firm or in-house legal team. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as Salesforce, is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.
