Litigation Paralegal

Finch is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our Legal Operations team. In this role, you will manage attorney relationships, client communications, and oversee the progression of cases through the litigation phase—from filing to resolution. Finch is dedicated to making justice more accessible by automating administrative tasks and prioritizing client needs, starting with personal injury cases.

As a Litigation Paralegal, your primary responsibilities will include drafting complaints, managing discovery processes, supporting motion practices, and ensuring attorneys have the necessary resources to advance cases efficiently. You will serve as the main point of contact for both law firms and clients, providing regular updates and coordinating with various team members to maintain case momentum.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of paralegal experience, particularly in personal injury litigation. Proficiency in drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and a proactive communication style are essential. Strong organizational skills and the ability to build trust quickly with attorneys and clients are also critical for success in this role.
