Litigation Assistant

As a Litigation Assistant, you will work closely with a lead attorney and litigation paralegal, providing essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the legal team. Your role will involve managing case files, scheduling hearings and deadlines, organizing exhibits and documents, and assisting in the preparation of legal documents such as pleadings and contracts.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a law firm setting or corporate legal department. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, Bachelor’s Degree, or a Paralegal Certificate being preferred. Experience in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Premises, First Party, or other injury-related practice areas is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in written and verbal communication are essential.
