Lifecycle Specialist, Contract Management - LATAM
The Lifecycle Specialist, Contract Management - LATAM role at Remote involves ensuring that all contract-related activities for external employees and clients are conducted with a focus on legal compliance and superior employee experience. This position is part of the Employee Lifecycle team and reports to the Employee Lifecycle Manager.
Key responsibilities include serving as the custodian of employment terms and agreements, drafting and administering employee lifecycle documents, advising on employment legislation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities. The role also involves developing and updating global internal documentation related to contract management and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Candidates should have proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance across various jurisdictions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, and a strong aptitude for process innovation and optimization. Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite is also required.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is $29,750 to $67,000 USD.
