Lifecycle Operations Lead, Time & Attendance
The Lifecycle Operations Lead, Time & Attendance at Remote is a pivotal role within the Employee Lifecycle team, focusing on the interpretation, implementation, and governance of Time & Attendance (T&A) policies across global jurisdictions. This position emphasizes legal compliance and risk mitigation, requiring a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual adept at translating complex employment laws into clear, compliant, and scalable T&A policies and procedures. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle: Time & Attendance.
Key responsibilities include supporting the T&A team with daily operational challenges such as workflow design, process improvement, tooling, automation, data management, knowledge management, and the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures. The Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for process, data, and technical operational needs, ensuring efficient and compliant T&A operations. Additionally, the role involves establishing and maintaining operational governance for high-risk T&A domains, including working time rules, overtime, sick leave, and leave policy exceptions, to reduce compliance risks and employee impact.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in managing large-volume, high-complexity policy, compliance, and employee relations support teams across diverse global regions. Expertise in analyzing, interpreting, and applying employment legislation related to T&A is essential, along with the ability to draft, implement, and communicate complex global HR policies. Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage and complete projects from inception to delivery, are required. The candidate should also demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, focusing on SLA adherence and data-driven decision-making to identify compliance risks.
Compensation for this role includes a salary range of €55,000 to €70,000 per year, with additional benefits such as flexible paid time off, flexible working hours, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, mental health support services, stock options, a learning budget, home office budget, IT equipment, and a budget for local in-person social events or co-working spaces.
