Lifecycle Marketing, Lead
As the Lifecycle Marketing Lead at Mindbody, you will spearhead the B2C lifecycle marketing program, focusing on developing and optimizing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, upsell, and retention. This role is integral to Mindbody's mission of connecting wellness entrepreneurs with technology to support thriving businesses and create exceptional experiences.
Your primary responsibilities will include independently managing the B2C lifecycle program using Braze, leading end-to-end campaign development, and executing email marketing via Marketo for B2B communications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Marketing Technology, Sales, and Creative, you will ensure cohesive, customer-centric communications across the customer journey. Additionally, you will define, track, and report on lifecycle success metrics, using insights to inform strategy and optimization.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Lifecycle Marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools is essential, with a strong preference for experience with Braze and/or Marketo. Exceptional analytical capabilities, substantial experience in A/B testing, and strong project management and communication skills are also required.
