Level 2 IT Support Engineer (NOC Engineer)
BrainRocket is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer (NOC Engineer) to join our dynamic team in Valencia, Spain. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring production systems, responding to alerts, managing the incident lifecycle, performing log-level analysis, and troubleshooting to identify root causes. You will also reproduce and resolve customer issues, escalate when necessary, and maintain monitoring services to ensure optimal system performance.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of IT experience, proficiency with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools such as the ELK stack, Grafana, PagerDuty, DataDog, Prometheus, or Coralogix, and strong troubleshooting skills. A willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, experience with issue tracking systems like Jira, and proficiency in English and Russian are also required. Experience with iGaming industry products, Jenkins, and SQL is considered a plus.
