Lending Manager (Utah)

As LendingTree's Utah Lending Manager, you will join the legal department to support the business licensing function. LendingTree is the nation's leading online lending marketplace, connecting consumers with multiple lenders to compare options for mortgages, personal loans, credit, savings, and insurance products.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the Utah Lending Manager license, completing the required annual continuing education, and maintaining communication with the legal department to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have never had a loan originator license revoked, and must not have been convicted of certain felonies. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate financial responsibility and hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator license. Within the past five years, candidates should have at least three years of full-time licensed lending experience and a minimum of 45 first lien residential mortgages.
