Legal Specialist | Labor

In this role, the Legal Specialist will provide legal advice on labor law matters, prepare legal opinions, and coordinate with external counsel on labor issues. Responsibilities include managing labor litigation, reporting, and collaborating with external law firms. The specialist will also develop strategies for settlements, crisis management, and other labor-related matters.
Candidates should possess a law degree with active bar association registration and extensive experience in Corporate Labor Law. Proven experience in in-house legal departments of large companies is required, along with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus. Experience dealing with unions and in the payments or financial services industries is advantageous.
