Legal Senior Associate

Pantheon Ventures is seeking a Legal Senior Associate to provide in-house legal support for the establishment and fundraising of Pantheon funds and separate account programs. This role involves advising on fund structures, drafting and reviewing fund documentation, and coordinating investor closings. The Legal Senior Associate will also assist with general corporate group, regulatory, and compliance matters, as well as support various investment team divisions with investment-related work.
