In this role, you will oversee and maintain the progression of personal injury case files, ensuring timely and accurate handling. Responsibilities include managing a high-volume caseload, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, tracking and managing all deadlines with zero-error expectation, accurately filing legal documents, processing disbursements, and assisting with client intake during peak times.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a legal secretary or paralegal, be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess exceptional organizational skills, demonstrate a strong client service orientation, be proficient with legal technology and AI-based tools, and have the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff.
