The Legal & Procurement Coordinator at Tavily, a division of Nebius, plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's legal and procurement functions. Tavily focuses on building infrastructure for agentic web interactions, connecting large language models to high-quality web content. This position is based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements such as customer contracts, vendor agreements, consulting arrangements, referral and reseller agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. The coordinator will also support and enhance Tavily's privacy and data protection programs, ensuring compliance with global regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and negotiating data processing agreements, providing legal guidance on privacy matters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
Candidates should have bar admission in the U.S., EU, or Israel, and hold an LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a top-tier university. A minimum of 3-6 years of experience practicing commercial and privacy law, both in leading law firms and as in-house counsel at tech companies, is required. Strong experience in drafting and negotiating technology commercial agreements, including data processing agreements, and familiarity with global privacy regulations are essential. Experience with U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws is also necessary.
