Legal Practice Specialist - IP Litigation

McDermott Will & Emery, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Legal Practice Specialist to join their Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Practice Group in San Diego, California. The Legal Practice Specialist will be responsible for a range of administrative and litigation support tasks. Key duties include managing case data, coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings, supporting trial preparation and proceedings, and facilitating communication across teams. The role requires a solutions-oriented individual with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of litigation processes, including trial procedures and experience with electronic filing systems such as File & ServeXpress, PACER, and FirstConnect. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) is essential. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and at least five years of experience in IP litigation is desired.
