The Legal PA - Clinical Negligence role at Enable Law, part of the Foot Anstey Group, offers an opportunity to provide essential secretarial and administrative support within the Clinical Negligence team. Enable Law is a leading UK firm specializing in medical negligence, personal injury, mental capacity, and education law, dedicated to assisting vulnerable clients. This position is based in Bristol and requires regular attendance at the office to facilitate collaboration and client service delivery.

In this role, you will support fee earners by producing and amending precedent letters and documents, managing travel and diary arrangements, and handling file opening procedures. Additional responsibilities include audio and copy typing, organizing conferences with Counsel and medical experts, preparing document bundles for various stakeholders, assisting with financial management of cases, and responding to client queries on behalf of the lawyers. You will also support team members in meeting targets and objectives and assist with ad hoc projects as required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing high-quality administrative or secretarial support within a legal or professional services environment, with some experience in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, or Litigation. Strong skills in Word, Excel, Case Management, PDF documents, and PowerPoint are essential. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with tact and sensitivity, are crucial. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly team are also important.
