Legal Operations Specialist
OPSWAT, a global leader in cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Operations Specialist to enhance the efficiency and scalability of its global legal department. As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will support the global legal team by optimizing workflows, administering and enhancing legal tools, and implementing practical automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include improving legal department operations through better workflows, automation, reporting, and process design; managing legal tools and systems such as intake processes, knowledge resources, dashboards, and self-service solutions; and supporting contract operations, including repository management, template governance, and playbook maintenance. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal technology initiatives and process improvement projects, prepare and maintain user guides and training materials, and assist in implementing AI-enabled solutions across legal workflows.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in legal operations, contract administration, or legal technology support. Required qualifications include experience with legal or business systems like contract management, ticketing, workflow, knowledge management, or reporting tools; strong organizational skills with attention to detail; a proactive and solution-oriented mindset; and excellent collaboration and communication skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, along with an interest in legal technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
