Legal Operations Specialist (Bangkok-based, Relocation Provided)
Agoda is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to join its Bangkok-based legal team. This role is integral to the company's in-house legal department, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives. The position offers relocation support for eligible international candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to working and living in Bangkok.
The Legal Operations Specialist will oversee the implementation and maintenance of legal technology solutions, such as legal-AI tools, e-billing, contract management systems, and document management systems. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to streamline legal processes, developing and implementing best practices, analyzing legal data to provide insights, managing the invoicing process, assisting in budget management, supporting various legal projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in legal operations or a similar role in process improvement or project management. A strong understanding of legal technology and tools, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively are essential. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is also required.
