ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a leader to build our legal operations and strategy function from the ground up. You’ll own the systems and processes that let a small, high-impact legal team scale with one of the fastest-growing companies in AI: contract management, outside counsel coordination, legal tech stack, the workflows that connect legal to every corner of Suno, and cross-functional strategy.
This is a high-autonomy role that rewards initiative and creative problem-solving. You’ll report to Suno’s General Counsel and work alongside a tight-knit legal team covering legal & business affairs, commercial, litigation, product & privacy, and corporate matters. The measure of success is simple: our most important business initiatives stay unblocked, well-supported, and ahead of the curve.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Select, implement, and manage Suno’s legal technology stack—contract lifecycle management (CLM), matter management, e-billing, and AI-powered legal tools that match the way we build.
- Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle from intake and triage through execution and renewal, building scalable processes, templates, and self-service tools that empower the business to move quickly.
