Legal Operations Lead
Olo is seeking a Legal Operations Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of an AI-driven, data-centric operating model within its Legal Department. This role is pivotal in transforming legal processes to enhance efficiency, connectivity, and business impact, aligning with Olo's mission to accelerate digital transformation in the restaurant industry.
The Legal Operations Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the department's operational strategy, focusing on integrating AI-enabled technologies and automation tools. Key responsibilities include designing scalable workflows, managing the legal technology stack, and developing metrics to assess the department's impact. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as IT, Security, Finance, and Sales is essential to ensure seamless integration of legal tools across the organization.
Candidates should possess a minimum of six years of experience in legal operations, preferably within an in-house or high-growth technology environment. Proficiency in daily, hands-on use of AI in a professional setting is required, along with a strong ability to design prompts, evaluate outputs, and build repeatable workflows. Experience in evaluating, implementing, and managing legal technology solutions, particularly those involving AI applications in the legal domain, is also essential.
