The Legal Operations and Content Analyst at Compeer Financial plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the organization's records, information, and content management programs. This position ensures that records, documents, data, and information assets are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on compliance, privacy, security, content operations, and process optimization. The analyst supports legal operations and contract management systems, driving technical solutions, process improvements, and project execution across the department.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and implementing records and information lifecycle activities across business units, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with records management policies, and maintaining technology platforms that support knowledge sharing and content management. The analyst also manages contract records, supports the implementation of technical solutions for contract workflows, and prepares reports and analytics to support operational transparency within legal and compliance functions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field, along with experience in records management, content management, or legal operations. Proficiency in information management systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments are essential. Familiarity with compliance regulations related to records retention and data privacy is also required.
