Legal Officer (LO)

The company also has interests in the laundry and dry cleaning sectors. To support its expansion, Lextorah LDS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Legal Officer (LO) to join its team.

The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the company's operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks. Key duties include drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts and agreements, offering legal advice on various business matters, and representing the company in legal proceedings when necessary. The role also involves staying updated on relevant legal developments and advising management accordingly.

Candidates should possess a law degree (LL.B) and be called to the Nigerian Bar, with 3-5 years of post-call experience, preferably in a reputable real estate development company or a related sector. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively are essential. Candidates without real estate experience are also encouraged to apply.
