Niceshops is seeking a Legal Manager (w/m/d) to join our dynamic team in either a part-time or full-time capacity (30–38.5 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and providing legal guidance across various aspects of our rapidly growing e-commerce business.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing legal matters related to our operations, including contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to address legal issues, developing and implementing company policies, and staying abreast of relevant legal developments to ensure the company's adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in law and have substantial experience in a similar legal role, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sectors. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders are essential. Proficiency in German and English is required, and additional language skills are advantageous.
