Legal Internship

Sila Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and process-driven Legal Intern to support our General Counsel across 50 locations. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal operations within a dynamic home services company that specializes in Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. With over 50 locations and more than 3,000 professionals, Sila is committed to providing superior service and continuous improvement.

The Legal Intern will assist in building and implementing legal department processes, workflows, and templates. Responsibilities include evaluating and deploying contract and document management systems, maintaining a centralized repository for legal documents, and tracking outside counsel engagements and legal expenditures. Additionally, the intern will support corporate governance by maintaining corporate records and assisting with cap table maintenance and equity plan record-keeping.

Key qualifications include strong research and analytical skills, high attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in written and oral communication. The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, and possess a collaborative working style. Current law students (1L, 2L, or 3L) or recent graduates pursuing a legal or compliance-related career path are encouraged to apply. Undergraduates focused on pre-law or relevant fields may also be considered.

This part-time internship is based in King of Prussia, PA, and offers a competitive hourly wage. Interns will gain valuable experience in various legal domains, including mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment law, contracting, risk compliance, privacy and data protection, and real estate.
