As a Legal Intern at RapidRatings, you will join our dynamic legal team to support various corporate legal functions. RapidRatings is a leading provider of financial health analytics, offering clients deep insights into the financial stability of their partners and suppliers.

In this role, you will assist with drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will include supporting the legal team in managing corporate governance matters and providing general legal support across departments.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and has completed at least one year of law school. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. Prior experience in corporate law or a related field is preferred but not required.
