Legal Intake Specialist

As a Legal Intake Specialist at Finch, you will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, playing a pivotal role in building trust and guiding them through the intake process. This position is integral to Finch's mission of making justice more accessible by streamlining legal services through innovative technology. You will be part of the Legal Operations team, which is dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for law firm partners and their clients with precision and care.

Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls with empathy and professionalism, qualifying cases based on defined criteria, and guiding clients through the sign-up process to secure retainers. Additionally, you will ensure seamless handoffs of cases to attorneys and lead paralegals by providing complete and accurate information. Maintaining responsiveness and building trust with every partner are key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in client-facing intake or sales roles, preferably within legal services. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to build trust quickly and stay calm under pressure. Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings and weekends, is also required.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000, along with equity options.
