Legal Engineer, Ironclad

Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review, flexible legal talent, and legal advisory services, is seeking a Legal Engineer to join its expanding Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice. This role involves working on innovative projects to deliver the Ironclad CLM platform to global and enterprise clients, collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end delivery of CLM projects.

The Legal Engineer will lead multiple customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and successful outcomes. Responsibilities include advising customers on best practices for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, designing and building contracting processes, enabling customers to maintain their CLM instances, and addressing product feedback to balance project timelines with implementation goals.

Candidates should have over three years of professional service and/or consulting experience with software companies, preferably in B2B SaaS environments with integration experience. Familiarity with CLM and legal operations business processes is essential, along with experience implementing CLM solutions, particularly Ironclad. A passion for learning new technologies, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures are also required.
