What We’re Really Looking For

TriEdge Investments operates at the intersection of private capital and frontier technology. We need an attorney who wants to build something, not maintain it — someone who can hold the legal complexity of an active family office, advise teams directly, and grow into new challenges as the firm does.

You translate complexity into practical advice. You're at home across fund operations, governance, and technology-facing legal questions. You can negotiate commercial agreements and are comfortable with data privacy clauses, and you move fast without cutting corners. You understand how AI products work, and you are excited to use proprietary AI solutions.

What You'll Do

- Support the build of the firm’s legal and compliance foundation. Policies, data protection frameworks, investment documentation, regulatory obligations, internal controls — you build and evolve the infrastructure that lets the firm scale.
