The Legal Counsel, Technology & Innovation role at Salesforce is a pivotal position within the Legal & Corporate Affairs (LCA) Operations Strategic Initiatives & Innovation team. This team is dedicated to driving business transformation by optimizing operations, fostering innovation, leading AI transformation initiatives, and promoting a data-driven culture to support the company's scale and growth.

In this role, the Legal Counsel will lead corporate strategic and functional initiatives representing Legal & Corporate Affairs. Key responsibilities include providing program leadership, applying innovative design thinking, and delivering data-driven insights to ensure legal requirements are met with clear objectives and success measures. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and leaders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis and process design, hands-on configuration experience with the Salesforce platform (particularly Service Cloud), and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Salesforce Reports and Dashboards and Tableau. Experience implementing AI solutions and technologies in business environments is preferred. Strong organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a self-starter attitude are essential.
