Legal Counsel, Sales Market CH (m/f/d)

As a Legal Counsel at H&M Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with legal standards and supporting business decision-making across the Sales Market in Switzerland. You will collaborate closely with various departments to provide legal guidance, draft and review agreements, and manage risks, thereby safeguarding the organization's interests.

Your key responsibilities will include setting and enforcing legal standards, negotiating and drafting contracts—including lease agreements—conducting judicial inquiries and due diligence processes, and identifying legal risks and consequences. Additionally, you will stay updated with global and local legal requirements, support tendering processes, handle disputes, and implement routines for documentation and contract administration.

The ideal candidate will possess a legal degree and have 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to leasing or real estate. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to assess risks, make decisions under tight timelines, and work collaboratively with team members.
