The Legal Counsel will provide legal advice and counseling on a broad range of issues that arise in a public medical device company. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various types of commercial contracts and legal documents, developing and maintaining legal expertise in areas such as commercial law, securities law, healthcare law, and intellectual property law, and creating and managing legal and compliance policies, processes, and systems. The role also involves advising on potential business transactions, collaborating with HR on employment law issues, managing legal disputes and litigation matters, and driving continuous improvements to the Legal & Compliance function.
