Legal Counsel, Procurement and Construction

Aypa Power, a Blackstone portfolio company, is a leading developer, owner, and operator of utility-scale energy storage and hybrid renewable projects across North America. The company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its dynamic team, working closely with the Senior Associate General Counsel for Procurement and Construction. This role is integral to supporting the procurement of major equipment, long-term service agreements, EPC contracts, and balance of plant O&M agreements, as well as addressing construction disputes, issues, and change orders during a period of rapid company growth.
