Greenworks is seeking a Legal Counsel Intern to join our dynamic legal team in Mooresville, NC. As a rapidly growing global manufacturer of residential and commercial products, Greenworks is at the forefront of sustainable innovation, with over 20 years of research and development and more than 1,000 patents in outdoor power equipment, power tools, and lifestyle products. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The Legal Counsel Intern will assist with daily tasks and projects within the legal department, conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support business initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and assignments. Responsibilities also include preparing presentations, documentation, or reports as needed, supporting process improvement initiatives, and maintaining organized records to ensure accuracy of assigned work.

Candidates should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree relevant to the internship area. Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment are essential. A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to learn and take initiative in a professional setting, are also required.

This is a paid internship offering $20.00 per hour, with a duration of 6–8 weeks beginning in the latter part of May. Interns are expected to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, up to 40 hours, on-site in Mooresville, NC.
