Legal Counsel - EMEAI

Authentic Brands Group (Authentic) is seeking a Legal Counsel for the EMEAI region to join its Business & Legal Affairs Department. This role involves drafting and negotiating key fashion, entertainment, and media deals, including intellectual property (IP) license agreements, in collaboration with business development and brand management teams. The position requires regular interaction with Authentic’s Intellectual Property Department and other internal business units such as Marketing, Communications, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly motivated, and adaptable, focusing on fashion, entertainment, and media licensing for a portfolio of over 30 brands.
