Recorded Future is seeking an In-House Counsel to support the EMEA region, focusing on the DACH region and handling general legal matters globally. Reporting to the EMEA Lead Counsel in London, this role is integral to the growing legal team, contributing to the development of the in-house legal function. The company, with over 1,000 intelligence professionals and more than 1,900 clients worldwide, stands as a leader in the intelligence industry.

The primary responsibilities include negotiating and drafting agreements with clients, prospects, partners, and vendors. The role also involves offering counsel on various legal issues to internal stakeholders, collaborating with departments such as Sales and Marketing to achieve organizational goals, reviewing marketing materials and initiatives, and assisting with compliance-related tasks and corporate governance issues as necessary.

Candidates must possess a law degree from an accredited university and be eligible and licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction. Fluency in English and German is essential. A minimum of three years of relevant legal experience is required, with strong negotiation skills addressing both legal and commercial issues. Prior experience within the SaaS or tech industry, particularly in negotiations with large corporations or public sector entities, is preferred. The ability to work from Recorded Future’s London office is strongly preferred.
