The organization emphasizes work-life balance with paid time off and 12 paid holidays each year. While specific salary ranges are not disclosed, compensation is competitive with top non-profit law firms.
Joining ADF provides an opportunity to contribute to the protection of religious freedom, free speech, the sanctity of life, marriage and family, and parental rights. The organization fosters a collaborative environment where legal professionals can engage in meaningful work that aligns with their values and make a significant impact in the field of public advocacy.
