The Legal Contracts Manager at ACOG will collaborate with the legal team to develop and enhance contract management processes. This role involves drafting, negotiating, and finalizing routine contracts for various programs, as well as creating standard operating procedures and workflows for contract management. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of documents efficiently.

Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of standard contracts, such as independent contractor agreements, speaker agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and hotel contracts. The manager will also plan and implement a new electronic contract management system, effectively negotiate agreements of varying risk levels, and develop contract management tools and templates. Additionally, the role involves preparing complex Requests for Proposals and assisting business owners in drafting statements of work and negotiating contracts.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have over seven years of relevant experience as a paralegal, attorney, or contracting expert. A law degree or certification from the National Contract Management Association is advantageous. Essential skills include exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, excellent interpersonal abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and research tools. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and exercise sound professional judgment is also required.

The position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 USD.
