Legal Compliance Manager
Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company with over 1,000 professionals serving more than 1,900 clients worldwide, is seeking a Legal Compliance Manager to join their team. This role is integral to supporting business risk management, export controls, anti-money laundering (AML), and anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC) initiatives. The position is remote, with a base salary range of $108,000 to $162,000, and is open to candidates across the United States.
As a Legal Compliance Manager, you will lead and execute compliance activities related to business risk, export controls, sanctions, ABAC, and AML. Your responsibilities will include implementing enhancements to customer and supplier due diligence processes, overseeing the onboarding of new customers, resellers, and end-users, and ensuring robust compliance and ongoing monitoring. Additionally, you will support incremental risk and compliance requirements and services, and enhance understanding of risk and compliance among internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in legal compliance areas such as sanctions, ABAC, export controls, or AML, along with a strong background in risk management. Proven ability to manage due diligence and onboarding processes for customers and suppliers is essential. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, integration-focused environment.
