Legal Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for managing approximately 120 active personal injury cases, ensuring smooth communication with clients through calls, emails, and texts. You will draft and send letters of representation, negotiate claims and liens with insurance companies, and utilize Filevine for precise case tracking. The position emphasizes autonomy, allowing you to independently handle case management tasks with minimal supervision.
Ideal candidates should have 2–3 years of personal injury legal support experience, with strong proficiency in Filevine. A solid understanding of Washington state personal injury law, including PIP agreements and lien processes, is essential. Excellent client communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and comfort with remote work environments using tools like Gmail and Google Chat are also required. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
