Legal Assistant

BESIX Infra Support is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join their team in Schelle. This role offers a unique opportunity to support both the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Legal Team, providing a comprehensive experience in corporate legal and financial operations.

In this position, you will divide your time between assisting the CFO and supporting the Legal Manager and their team. Your responsibilities will include general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, preparing meetings and presentations, and taking minutes. Additionally, you will handle document management, correspondence, and assist with corporate housekeeping duties. Approximately 30% of your role will involve content-related tasks, including drafting letters, updating templates, conducting simple research, proofreading documents, and preparing files.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional bachelor's degree in legal practice or equivalent experience. Fluency in Dutch, with a good understanding of French and English, is essential. Experience in a legal or administrative environment is advantageous, as is familiarity with SharePoint, file management, or legal administration. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and assertively when necessary.
