Learning & Development Officer
is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a financial technology startup, we are dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online. This role is integral to our Operations team, focusing on enhancing the skills and performance of our employees through comprehensive training programs.
The Learning & Development Officer will be responsible for conducting and evaluating weekly training sessions for new and existing Operations staff. This includes coordinating with Operations leaders to deliver effective training, developing training modules, and facilitating refresher programs as needed. Additionally, the role involves assisting the Learning & Development Department with non-Operations training initiatives and reporting on training activities to the L&D Manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Essential skills include excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro is advantageous.
