Learning & Development Coördinator

Eurofins is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join its Talent Management and Recruitment team in the Netherlands. This role is integral to coordinating training programs, supporting the traineeship program, organizing events, and ensuring the quality of learning and development processes across the organization.

The primary responsibilities include coordinating nationwide training sessions by managing internal communications with participants, managers, and HR, maintaining and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS), managing relationships with external trainers and educational partners, and overseeing the administrative aspects of training costs and contracts. Additionally, the coordinator will develop and manage the content of the traineeship program, organize training and coaching sessions, coordinate assessments during the selection process, and maintain contact with trainers, coaches, and internal stakeholders. The role also involves organizing internal and external events for Young Eurofins and Campus Recruitment, executing event strategies in collaboration with team leads, and leading projects to assess the return on investment of these events.

Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a similar role within an HR or recruitment team, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. The ability to work structured and accurately, maintain oversight in dynamic environments, proactively improve processes, and experience with organizing training sessions and working with an LMS are essential.

Eurofins offers a full-time position with a salary commensurate with experience, 26 vacation days with the option to purchase up to 10 additional days, 8% holiday pay, a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, various vitality programs, a home office allowance up to €450, and provisions for a laptop and phone.
