The Lead Tool & Die Maker at Lucid Motors is a pivotal role within the stamping department, focusing on the maintenance and repair of hard tooling dies used in the production of luxury electric vehicles. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record, and a minimum of seven years of tool and die or stamping experience. A journeyman card or trade school certificate is required, along with a background in automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier environments and experience in welding or fabrication.
