Lead Solutions Architect
CoreWeave Europe is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to join their Physical AI Field Engineering team, which collaborates directly with enterprise engineering organizations to apply AI and machine learning to complex physics challenges. This role involves working closely with customers to validate the technical feasibility of AI solutions, demonstrate their value, and ensure successful deployment in real engineering environments.
The Lead Solutions Architect will collaborate with sales teams and Deployment Strategists to understand customer requirements and design technical approaches that showcase the value of AI in complex engineering workflows. Responsibilities include leading proof-of-value initiatives, prototyping AI workflows, and validating technical feasibility using customer data. The role ensures that proposed solutions are technically credible, deliver measurable value, and can be successfully transitioned to implementation teams.
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within a software, AI, or engineering technology environment. Experience in designing or prototyping technical solutions that apply AI, data science, or advanced analytics to real-world business or engineering problems is essential. The role requires direct customer engagement to gather technical requirements and translate them into deployable technical solutions, as well as leading proof-of-concept initiatives to validate the value of technical solutions. Strong communication skills are necessary to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical practitioners and senior stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product teams, is also a key aspect of the role. Experience in engineering-heavy industries such as automotive, energy, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing is preferred. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with AI/ML workflows or data science tooling, programming or scripting in languages such as Python, MATLAB, R, or SQL, and working with simulation, CAE, or engineering R&D workflows. Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles or technical evaluations is also advantageous.
