Lead Software Engineer [.Net]

Envoy Global is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable systems, provide technical direction to the team, and take ownership of end-to-end delivery. You will play a key role in building high-quality solutions across APIs, microservices, and integrations, while driving engineering excellence and best practices.

As a Lead Software Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include designing, coding, and unit testing platform and integration components. You will develop frameworks for standardizing and enabling data flows via APIs, files, microservices, and message queues. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to the team, take ownership of delivery, and ensure highly testable and quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of strong programming experience on platform and Microsoft Tech Stack. Expertise in C#, Web API, and experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or a passion to learn Angular are essential. Experience developing with containers, microservices, and message queues, as well as hands-on experience with SQL and query optimization, are also required. Analytical and troubleshooting skills to investigate and resolve issues, along with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, are important. Azure experience is a plus.
