Lead Recruiter Sales (x/f/m)

Doctolib is seeking a Lead Recruiter Sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the recruitment strategy for our sales department, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our mission of transforming healthcare access. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will collaborate closely with sales leadership and other stakeholders to meet our ambitious growth objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the sales function. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the offer process. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for sales roles, preferably within the tech or healthcare sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience with applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruitment strategies will be advantageous.
