THE JOB

We're looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to build the teams that build products to tear down barriers between our clients and the aid they deserve. This person will report to the Head of Talent and join a small (5 person) recruiting team as the most tenured recruiter.

As a Lead Technical Recruiter, you will:

- Run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing through closing

- Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and search strategies

- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines, including sourcing and engaging passive candidates

- Manage the interview process to ensure clear communication, fast feedback, and a strong candidate experience

- Advance multiple searches simultaneously while keeping the hiring bar high
