Lead Quality Assurance Analyst (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Continuous and Preventive Care domain, a team dedicated to enhancing healthcare professionals' efficiency through innovative technology solutions. As a key player in our mission to transform healthcare, you will collaborate with over 30 engineers to improve the performance, features, and design of our products, ultimately helping care teams save time and better manage their workloads.
In this role, you will strategize and guide quality assurance practices across up to five teams, ensuring consistent standards and methodologies. Your responsibilities will include developing advanced testing strategies, implementing automation frameworks, leading cross-team QA initiatives, analyzing quality metrics to identify improvement areas, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will mentor QA professionals and facilitate cross-team collaborations to drive quality improvements.
The ideal candidate has at least six years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on leading efforts across multiple teams. Expertise in QA processes, automation tools, and performance testing is essential, along with experience in regulatory compliance and security standards. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are required to effectively influence stakeholders and drive quality initiatives.
