Additionally, you will utilize qualitative and quantitative research to inform messaging strategies, analyze data to guide decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally to align on launch goals and outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings over 8 years of experience in product marketing within SaaS or B2B technology sectors, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end product launches. A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, impactful content is essential. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with a history of successfully enabling Sales and Success teams. The role demands a natural collaborator who can navigate both technical and non-technical teams, an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making, and strong project management skills to keep initiatives on track. Deep empathy for customers and a passion for creating meaningful products and experiences are also crucial.
Mindbody offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range in the United States between $131,275 and $175,000. The total compensation may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and other applicable incentive plans.
