YOUR CHALLENGE
As a Lead Product Manager, Tax Advisor Platform at Taxfix, you’ll take on a strategic, cross-cutting role within our Product organization. You’ll be responsible for discovering, designing, and developing an AI-powered Tax Advisor platform that enables our internal users in Tax Operations, Customer Support and our external partners (tax accountants) to deliver an outstanding tax service to our Assisted customers. You will be part of the high-growth trajectory of our Assisted product portfolio, significantly contributing to the commercial success of Taxfix.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the Tax Advisor Platform in close collaboration with your cross-functional product team and key business stakeholders—thinking AI-first and leveraging its full potential to improve efficiency, quality, compliance and customer delight.
- Build a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours, including:
- internal teams using the tools,
- tax advisors relying on their outputs, and
- end customers indirectly affected by internal processes.
